Returns & Refunds

At TRESSLUX, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we offer the following returns and refund options.

1. Change of Mind Returns

You may return an item within 7 days of receiving your order for a full refund, provided that:

  • The product is unused and in its original condition
  • The product is in its original packaging with all tags and accessories
  • You have proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

2. Defective or Damaged Products

If your product arrives damaged or is faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.

3. How to Return an Item

To initiate a return, please email us at hello@tresslux.co.za with the following details:

  • Your order number
  • Reason for return
  • Photos (if the item is damaged or defective)

Once approved, we will provide you with return instructions. Returns must be sent using PostNet or Aramex.

4. Return Shipping Costs

  • Change of mind returns: The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
  • Defective or incorrect items: We will cover the return shipping cost.

5. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used.

Please note that it may take an additional 3–5 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Products that have been used or opened
  • Items returned after the 7-day return window
  • Sale or discounted items (unless defective)
