At TRESSLUX, we aim to get your order to you as quickly and reliably as possible.

1. Local Stock

All orders are fulfilled from our local stock in South Africa. This means your order is usually dispatched within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed.

2. Delivery Partners

We use trusted South African couriers to deliver your order. Depending on your location and availability, we may use either:

  • PostNet
  • Aramex

3. Delivery Timeframes

  • Most orders are delivered within 3–5 business days from the date of dispatch.
  • Delivery times may vary depending on your location and courier availability.
  • Deliveries are made during business hours (Monday to Friday).

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the chosen courier. You will see the exact shipping fee before completing your purchase.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to track your parcel with the chosen courier (PostNet or Aramex).

6. Delivery Attempts

If no one is available to receive the parcel, the courier will usually leave a notification or attempt delivery again on the next business day. Please ensure someone is available to sign for the package or arrange for an alternative delivery location if needed.
